Your impact
As an Advisor, Contract Management at Boddington Gold Mine, you'll be a trusted commercial partner to site operations, helping shape how Newmont engages and manages strategic suppliers and contractors.
Working closely with operational, maintenance and project teams, you'll drive commercial value across the full contract lifecycle - from sourcing and negotiations through to performance management and continuous improvement.
Your ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders and deliver practical commercial solutions will directly contribute to safe, reliable and cost-effective site performance.

Prerequisites for your success in the role
Your work environment
This site-based role is located at Newmont's Boddington Gold Mine, approximately 130km south of Perth, and operates on a family-friendly 5/2, 4/3 roster.
As a valued member of the Commercial team, you'll work closely with operational, maintenance and project stakeholders, gaining firsthand exposure to one of Australia's largest gold mining operations. With the opportunity to engage across a diverse portfolio of contracts, you'll play an important role in supporting safe, efficient and value-driven outcomes for the site.
