Provide remote and onsite technical support for client networks, servers, and IT infrastructure while ensuring service requests meet SLA targets. Manage user identities, perform system maintenance, and collaborate with the service delivery team to resolve hardware and software issues.

This is a full-time role based onsite at our client's location four days per week, working from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
As a Support Engineer, you will provide technical support to clients through troubleshooting, system maintenance, and IT equipment and software configuration. You'll collaborate with the Service Delivery team to deliver effective solutions, support projects, and meet agreed service standards.
