Your Role at a Glance

As VP Sales DACH, you own end-to-end revenue growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You are a strategic and hands-on leader who not only sets direction but actively drives execution - close to customers, close to the pipeline, and close to the team.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver against an individual new logo sales quota, leading by example in strategic enterprise opportunities.

• Proactively drive the development and continuous optimization of the go-to-market motion, aligning Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and other commercial functions around a clear and scalable approach.

• Transform the existing commercial setup into a scalable and successful enterprise sales organization.

• Drive sustainable revenue growth through new business acquisition, account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing DACH sales team across new customer acquisition, account management and consulting.

• Lead consultative, solution-based sales processes with senior stakeholders, including CHROs, CCOs, Heads of Customer Experience, Heads of Employee Experience, and C-level executives.

• Establish a data- and process-driven sales culture with strong pipeline management, accurate CRM data, and reliable forecasting.

• Represent Netigate as a trusted advisor to customers, prospects, partners, and the wider Experience Management market.

• Build a best-in-class SaaS sales organization and contribute directly to Netigate’s transformational growth journey.

Your Profile

• Proven track record in enterprise solution sales within the software industry.

• Minimum of three to four years of experience in B2B SaaS, cloud software, or subscription-based business models, preferred in the XM/CX environment.

• Demonstrated success in building, scaling, or significantly improving a go-to-market motion for new business acquisition and account growth.

• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and commercial KPIs.

• Demonstrated success in leading, influencing, or significantly contributing to high-performing SaaS sales teams.

• Commercially analytical, data-driven, and process-oriented approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and performance.

• Full professional fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or comparable postgraduate qualification is considered an advantage.
