Enquanto Responsável de Turno terás como principal missão:
Garantir o bom funcionamento diário da Boutique de forma a assegurar o desempenho das vendas e o nível de Serviço ao Cliente.
Agir como um embaixador da marca Nespresso na Boutique;
Acolher, aconselhar e orientar os nossos Clientes sobre as nossas campanhas e produtos, de acordo com os standards de qualidade da Nespresso;
Gerir e motivar a equipa e garantir a formação e o acompanhamento dos Boutique Coffee Specialists,
Atuar de acordo com os sistemas de Qualidade, Segurança Alimentar e SHE da Nespresso, cumprindo os requisitos legais, internos e normativos aplicáveis à Nestlé Portugal SA, Nespresso.
A day in the life of…
Monitorizar e promover o nível de serviço da Boutique de acordo com os requisitos da Nespresso, avaliando continuamente a qualidade do serviço e dar feedback continuo aos Coffee Specialists;
Acompanhamento de análise de KPIs;
Antecipar as necessidades de cada área de atividade e garantir stocks permanentemente adequados, fazer encomendas, verificar as entregas;
Contribuir para a manutenção do visual da Boutique de acordo com a política da empresa;
Aconselhar Clientes e potenciais Clientes relativamente aos produtos e serviços Nespresso.
What will make you successful
Habilitações literárias ao nível do Ensino Secundário (mínimo);
3-4 anos de experiência profissional em atendimento e venda direto ao público, de produtos e serviços (preferencial);
Formação especializada em relação com Cliente e vendas (preferencial);
Experiência em gestão de reclamações de Clientes;
Experiência em coordenação de equipas;
Conhecimentos de Inglês a nível de conversação;
Competências informáticas.
