Propósito da posição
Você será o elo entre a ciência de dados e a estratégia comercial. Sua ambição será consolidar-se como a referência técnica em Sell-out e Preditivo, transformando dados complexos em diagnósticos rápidos e precisos que moldam a reação da Nestlé frente aos movimentos do mercado.
O dia a dia...
Projetar o comportamento futuro das vendas com transparência, utilizando alavancas comerciais e modelos de previsão.
Essa posição deverá identificar variações de sell-out por região e canal, desenvolvendo análises causais aprofundadas que expliquem desvios e oportunidades.
Liderar discussões gerenciais de alto nível, fornecendo diagnósticos que direcionem ações concretas em fóruns como WORs e MORs.
Coordenar o alinhamento entre as BUs e o time de Trade, garantindo que a visão de APC seja integrada ao plano de ação.
Suportar a otimização de investimentos através de ferramentas de inteligência promocional e fornecer inputs para o desenho de estratégias comerciais.

• Formação completa obrigatório em Engenharia, Administração, Contabilidade, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
• Domínio Analítico: Profundo conhecimento em causalidade, elasticidade, projeções e dinâmicas de mercado.
• Visão 360°: Capacidade de dominar o ciclo completo do dado: do diagnóstico causal do passado à arquitetura de cenários futuros. Este é o perfil que molda os próximos passos da categoria.
• Ferramentas: Excel Avançado. Conhecimento em Power BI e ferramentas de mercado (Nielsen, Scanntech ou Neogrid) é um diferencial relevante.
• Perfil Influenciador e Didática: Habilidade para simplificar temas complexos e traduzir diagnósticos em narrativas acionáveis para qualquer audiência. Capacidade de influenciar decisões através de uma comunicação fluida, didática e com alto poder de síntese.
