הובלה והטמעה של פרויקטי השקעות הון (CAPEX) באתר הייצור, תוך עמידה ביעדי הפרויקט, במפרטי התכנון ובסטנדרטים הגלובליים של Nestlé.
תחומי אחריות
הובלת פרויקטים הנדסיים והבטחת עמידה ביעדים, במפרטים ובסטנדרטים הנדרשים.
אחריות על כלל ההיבטים ההנדסיים בפרויקט: מבנים, התקנת ציוד, מערכות צנרת, תשתיות ועוד.
ליווי תהליכי פיתוח ותיאום מול ממשקים רבים לאורך כל שלבי הפרויקט.
ביצוע תכנון פרויקט ברמה בסיסית ומפורטת.
הבטחת זמינות המשאבים הנדרשים להצלחת הפרויקט ולרציפות התפעול במפעל.
הובלת המעבר משלב ההתקנה והתיקוף לשלב ההפעלה השוטפת.
קידום פתרונות סביבתיים וברי-קיימא.
ביצוע ניתוחי עלויות והשוואת הצעות מספקים.
ניהול ותיאום עבודת קבלנים וקבלני משנה במהלך הפרויקט.
הטמעת תפיסות אחזקה ותכן הנדסי היגייני כבר בשלבי הביצוע.
