The CoE Specialist is responsible for managing and resolving IT incidents and requests to ensure system stability and minimal business disruption. They will also drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate documentation for the IS/IT environment.
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in incident management within a large-scale IT environment and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and F&O. Proficiency in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and ITSM tools, is also required.

The Role:
This is a hands-on position. The candidate will work daily on the resolution of incidents and requests, and it is important that the candidate has previous experience in resolving incidents related to D365 CE and F&O etc... Experience in Commerce Tools is a plus but platforms like Magento, Hybris, SAP are also valuable.
In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving incidents and requests, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. The CoE Specialist (Center of Expertise) will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability and reliability of our IS/IT environment, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our incident management processes.
We are looking for a skilled CoE Specialist on CRM and F&O with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365 CE) and Finance & Operation to provide application support, maintenance, and enhancements. The ideal candidate should also have working knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
