The Licensed Practical Nurse will gather patient data, perform intake assessments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans. They are also responsible for safely administering medications, performing point of care testing, and assisting providers with clinical procedures.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program and hold active Delaware LPN licensure. A current American Heart Association BLS certification is also required for this role.
Primary Functions:

The LPN gathers patient data and performs follow-up assessments using the nursing process.

Current BLS certification required from American Heart Association.
This position supports the following hours: Monday 8-6:45 (with 1 hour lunch break and 30 minute break); Tuesday 1:00pm-7:30pm ; Wednesday 1:00pm-7:30pm; Thursday 1:00pm- 7:30pm and every other Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm.
