Your expertise will be crucial in driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.

  2. Proactively engage with prospective clients, in collaboration with the entire team, to understand their evolving needs and partner on new business opportunities, uncovering cross-sell and up-sell potential.
  3. Generate detailed proposal comparisons using internal systems and carrier portals, negotiating competitive premiums with carriers to maintain client satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.
  4. Build strong relationships with clients through high levels of interaction during onboarding to establish long-lasting partnerships, reducing churn and increasing customer lifetime value.
  5. Effectively delegate and communicate tasks to Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) to ensure smooth operations and allow you to focus on revenue-generating activities.
  6. Provide ongoing personalized support and strategic advice to clients to meet their needs and achieve revenue and retention targets.
  7. Coordinate with MMS's finance team to ensure accurate and efficient billing and reporting processes, swiftly resolving any discrepancies.
  8. Proactively reach out to clients ahead of renewal dates, assess their changing needs, and adjust coverage to provide tailored solutions.
  9. Create comprehensive plan comparisons for renewals, highlighting the value of our full product range, recommending optimal coverage options and carriers, and evaluating up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes through engagement with carriers and ongoing education to provide valuable insights to clients and leadership.
  11. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, policy information, and service requests in our CRM system, enhancing operational efficiency and providing valuable data for strategic decision-making.
  12. Additional responsibilities as assigned.
