The Reintegration Support Worker will collaborate with justice officials and community stakeholders to address systemic barriers for Indigenous offenders. They are responsible for implementing support procedures and maintaining accurate progress reports for parole and probation staff.
Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of Indigenous cultures, healing practices, and the impacts of colonization. A valid Alberta driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to pass a criminal record check and security clearance are mandatory.

Native Counselling Services of Alberta (NCSA) is committed to providing culturally relevant and holistic support services for individuals wanting to focus on a holistic lifestyle. The individual we are looking for will work collaboratively with corrections, justice officials, stakeholders, the community and government systems to address the underlying issues that may be impediments to the successful reintegration of Indigenous offenders into the community.
