Support the development and implementation of social media strategies and create visual and textual content for the website and email campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization suggestions to increase brand awareness.
Currently studying Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a similar field with initial experience in social media and content creation. Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva and fluency in German and English are required.
Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Marketing unterstützt du unser Team bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Social Media Strategien sowie bei der Erstellung von Inhalten für unsere Website und E-Mail-Kampagnen. Du bist kreativ, hast ein gutes Gespür für Design und bringst erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Grafikdesign mit. Dein Fokus liegt auf der Gestaltung und Veröffentlichung ansprechender Inhalte, die unsere Marke und Botschaften klar und wirkungsvoll transportieren.
Social Media Marketing: Unterstützung bei der Planung, Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Beiträgen auf unseren Social Media Kanälen (z.B. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
Content Creation: Erstellung von Texten und Grafiken für unsere Website, E-Mail-Kampagnen und Social Media.
Grafikdesign: Gestaltung und Bearbeitung von visuellen Inhalten (z.B. Banner, Infografiken, Social Media Assets).
Analyse und Reporting: Überwachung der Performance von Social Media Kampagnen und Content, sowie Erstellung von Reportings und Optimierungsvorschlägen.
Unterstützung des Marketingteams: Mitarbeit bei verschiedenen Projekten und Marketinginitiativen, um unsere Markenbekanntheit zu steigern.
