Diagnose and repair various hardware systems including desktops, laptops, and networking equipment. Manage the full lifecycle of hardware assets, including inventory tracking, vendor coordination for RMAs, and pre-configuring equipment for deployment.
Requires 3+ years of Windows-based IT support or hardware repair experience and a CompTIA A+ certification is highly preferred. A degree in Computer Engineering or IT is preferred along with strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.
