Manage telephonic case management for workers' compensation claims, coordinating care between medical providers, employers, and injured workers. Facilitate recovery goals and return-to-work planning while maintaining compliant documentation.
Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license and a certification such as CCM, CDMS, COHN, or CRRN. Candidates must have hands-on experience in workers' compensation case management and the ability to handle high-volume caseloads.

Acrisure is seeking a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager to support workers’ compensation claims through clinical case management and coordination of care. This role works closely with medical providers, employers, claims professionals, and injured workers to facilitate appropriate treatment, promote recovery, and support safe and effective return to work outcomes.
This is a position operating in a structured, high volume, fast paced environment. Success in this role requires strong organization, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining responsiveness, accuracy, and effective communication.
Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
