You will lead the expansion and operations of the Southern Region office while managing P&L, business development, and project delivery across multiple sectors. The role involves overseeing EPCM consultancy, manpower services, and driving revenue growth through strategic client engagement.
Candidates must have a proven track record in business development within the construction or EPCM industry and strong experience managing commercial portfolios. A robust network of industry stakeholders in Malaysia and the ability to scale teams in a greenfield environment are essential.
The Malaysia operation is entering a new growth phase. A Southern Region office is being established, and this role is central in making that happen.
This is a senior leadership position — part P&L owner, part business developer, part operations head. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing delivery, and building the company’s presence across Malaysia.
You will oversee both the EPCM consultancy arm and the manpower services business, while actively pursuing new clients and opportunities across construction, consultancy, property development, and building materials trading.
Once the Southern Region office is set up, you will lead it.
