🛠️ The Role

You're at the very start of the sales process. You find the right Managed Service Providers, get them on the phone, and book quality meetings for our sales team—the kind they're genuinely glad to take.

Volume matters, but quality wins here. You're measured on the meetings that turn into real opportunities, not the number you dial or book. The habits that get you there: reaching the right accounts, following up without fail, and keeping your notes and records clean.

🌙 Work Schedule: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Time

🎯 Primary Responsibilities

• Lead Vetting & Qualification — Confirm a company is a genuine Managed Service Provider and a good fit for our ideal customer profile before outreach; respect account-ownership rules; capture details like their service-desk software, technician count, dispatch method, and pain points where possible.
• Multi-Channel Outbound — Run the correct sequences per persona across calls and email; keep every cadence active, with nothing paused or stalled. Balance sequence-driven volume with personalized one-off outreach to the accounts that matter most.
• Prospect Conversations & Discovery — Execute the call process: intro and rapport, gatekeeper navigation, an elevator pitch with storytelling and social proof, probing for pain, pivoting to business intelligence and automation, and handling objections with a structured approach.
• Booking Meetings (Trial Close & Demo) — Close for a demo once pain or interest is identified; schedule specific next steps.
• Follow-up & Nurture Discipline — Zero missed follow-ups; respond to high-intent signals the same day; keep your callbacks organized and consistently labeled; enroll prospects in nurture where appropriate; re-work leads the sales team did not accept.
• HubSpot Hygiene & Data Accuracy — Accurate rep attribution, a disposition on every logged call, detailed notes, correct personas/titles/time zones, and meeting logging.
• Handoff to Sales — Hand off booked meetings to the sales team with full context, following our handoff process.
• Pipeline Prioritization — Protect warm and active opportunities before cold outreach; work tradeshow and inbound leads fast.
• Continuous Improvement — Participate in scorecard reviews, team huddles, and coaching; progress section by section toward call mastery.
• Tool & Compliance Adherence — Use the approved stack (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Apollo/Lusha) and our AI-assisted research assistant. LinkedIn is manual review only—no scraping or automation.

🔍 Qualifications & What We Look For

Required

• Strong US business-to-business phone sales background—proven success in high-volume outbound calling, cold prospecting, and booking meetings over the phone. Top hiring priority.
• Real phone-selling experience with business owners or service leaders — not appointment-setting or script-reading; can handle nuanced conversations and objections and earn the meeting.
• Confident, resilient phone presence: comfortable with gatekeepers, objections, and cold opens.
• Able to write a short, specific, personalized email—30 a day, referencing something real about that account.
• Disciplined follow-up and record-keeping habits (accurate notes, dispositions, task management).
• Coachable—willing to be scored on in the prospecting call process and improve section by section.

Preferred (not required)

• Software-as-a-service sales experience—a plus, not a requirement.
• Exposure to the Managed Service Provider or IT services space, or technical business-to-business buyers.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, sequences, and prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo/Lusha).

🎉 Compensation & Benefits

How you're paid: $8/hour base plus commission. Commission is your main upside — you earn on every deal you help close, along with a bonus for each qualified meeting the sales team accepts. (Meetings you book that aren't accepted count toward your performance but aren't paid.) We'll walk through the full numbers in the interview.
