Lead technical orchard operations including spray programmes, irrigation, and maturity monitoring to optimize fruit quality and yield. Provide technical guidance for orchard redevelopment, infrastructure upgrades, and the application of R&D insights.
Requires technical expertise in apple growing systems and a relevant qualification in horticulture or agriculture. Must possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical data into practical operational actions.

In this hands-on technical role, you will work closely with the Head of Orchards providing deep technical expertise across orchard technical systems. You will ensure spray programmes, maturity decisions, and labour execution are tightly aligned, enabling fruit to be picked at optimal quality, yield, and performance.
