The Membership Development Representative will drive new member acquisition for a Catholic health sharing ministry by managing the full sales cycle through inbound and outbound calls. They are responsible for documenting all customer engagements and collaborating with clinical and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless application process.
Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and a habit of empathy, with a high school diploma or equivalent required. Experience with Christian health sharing ministries and CRM platforms is preferred, along with the ability to work autonomously in a secure, remote environment.
Description
Mpathic is hiring Membership Development Representatives (MDRs) working in a team environment to drive acquisition of new members for our customer, a leading national Catholic health sharing ministry. Representatives navigate data in our customer’s CRM and execute inbound and outbound calls using our customer’s Contact Center platform. MDRs document customer engagements and may be responsible for the full sales cycle from introduction to closing. This is a 100% remote position with a high-level of team communication fostering a culture of collegiality, excellence, and fun.
