You will manage a portfolio of B2B clients to ensure successful adoption and daily usage of the MoveWORK SaaS platform. Your role involves training users, analyzing usage patterns, and fostering long-term relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in B2B customer relations, customer success, or application support. Proficiency in French is required, with strong communication skills and a proactive, pedagogical approach to digital solutions.

MoveWORK recrute un Coach Performance Junior (F/H) afin de renforcer son équipe Service Client basée à Lisbonne.
Vous accompagnerez un portefeuille clients (B2B) dans l'adoption de notre plateforme SaaS et de nos applications mobiles, qui permettent de piloter, digitaliser et valoriser les services essentiels du quotidien tels que la propreté, la maintenance, l'accueil ou encore les environnements de santé.
Nos solutions aident les organisations à gagner en visibilité, en traçabilité et en performance tout en simplifiant le quotidien des équipes terrain, des managers et des directions.
Véritable partenaire de vos clients, vous les aiderez à développer l'utilisation de nos solutions et à maximiser la valeur créée par nos produits.
Votre réussite sera mesurée à travers la satisfaction, l'adoption et la fidélisation de vos clients.
