The Chief of Staff acts as the principal advisor to the CEO, managing strategic priorities and ensuring effective communication across the organization. They also serve as organizational glue, aligning global and country teams to ensure operational efficiency and successful delivery of shared goals.
Candidates must have at least six years of experience in fields like public policy or international relations and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills. Fluency in English and at least one additional language such as French, German, Spanish, Polish, or Portuguese is required.
