The Legal Receptionist is responsible for answering and routing a high volume of calls from clients and other offices. Additionally, the role involves managing the firm's calendar and following established protocols.
A high school diploma and excellent communication skills are required. Prior administrative or legal experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Monk Law Group, PLLC, seeks a Legal Receptionist to join our growing team at our Lakeland office. The Legal Receptionist answers and routes a high volume of calls from clients and other offices, as well as properly manages the firm calendar.
The ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills, and will properly follow established systems and protocols. The ideal candidate has an understanding of administrative and clerical systems and the ability to thrive in a busy environment. Experience in the legal field is preferred, but not required. Candidates will be able to respond to client concerns with efficiency and empathy.
