Oversee human resources operations for 40+ employees across four locations, including recruitment, compliance, and payroll. Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to C-level executives and senior leadership.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of HR management experience and fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese). Strong knowledge of New York labor laws and HR best practices is essential.
