The Growth Paid Acquisition Specialist III will manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive qualified leads and SQLs. They will optimize campaign performance, manage budgets, and collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in PPC, SEM, or performance marketing. Strong expertise in Google Ads, analytics tools, and a proven track record of scaling paid programs are required.

The Growth Paid Acquisition Specialist III will inherit a portfolio of live campaigns and proven tests, scale the winners, launch new markets, and run selective new experiments; all measured against one goal: more qualified leads and SQLs at an efficient cost. The role will own performance from impression through qualified lead, working closely with our marketing operations, analytics, and sales teams.

Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000. This range is a reasonably reliable estimate of the base salary that this role is expected to receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
Additional voluntary programs include voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary long-term care, voluntary critical illness and cancer insurance and pet insurance. Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
