Responsibilities

Drive sales growth by identifying new leads and managing the full sales cycle for IT solutions across SMB and Enterprise segments. Build long-term partnerships with high-level executives to ensure successful digital transformation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Requires strong B2B sales experience and the ability to communicate complex IT solutions including Cloud, AI, and Security. Candidates should have a proven track record in the Thailand IT ecosystem and a plan for acquiring new customers.

Your mission

Boost our sales in alignment with MISO's strategies. This is a high impact role that will drive sales, support marketing and input business planning for the digital-first, cloud-first, AI-first world. You will need to do seek new leads, create deals, manage sales pipeline, win deals. 

You will also manage customer's relationship and satisfaction with the customers' high-level executives and ensure their journey to hybrid work is smooth and sustained.

  • Data/AI (e.g., RAG, NVIDIA)

  • Business Applications (e.g., Zoho, Power BI, Power Platform)


What you will do:

  • Provide IT Solutions Guidance: Help customers design an IT solution roadmap using modern work, hybrid cloud, security, data, AI, and business applications.

  • Create Business Plans: Develop detailed business plans to help achieve sales targets and seize opportunities.

  • Present IT Solutions: Pitch IT solutions to customers across SMB, Corporate, and Enterprise segments, and help translate their business problems into clear requirements.

  • Drive Marketing & Sales: Support and execute marketing initiatives, help bring marketing strategies to life, boost sales performance, and identify opportunities to unlock additional revenue from both existing and new customers.

  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Handle the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, including creating proposals and handling customer agreements, quotations, and billing.

  • Customer Success & Relationship Building: Act as a proactive partner to ensure customer success, drive customer satisfaction, and build long-term partnerships.

  • Support the Team: Contribute to and promote a positive, supportive work environment.


What You Need:

  • Sales Skills: Strong experience in B2B sales.

  • Tech-Savvy and Problem-Solver: Ability to understand and communicate complex IT solutions.

  • Customer Commitment: Focused on achieving sales targets and building a strong customer base.

  • Experience with IT Solutions: Proven track record of understanding enterprise IT solutions like modern work, hybrid cloud, security, data, AI, and business applications.

  • Connections in the IT Ecosystem: Familiarity with distributors, partners, and customers in Thailand’s IT ecosystem.
