The Demi Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to menu standards while ensuring high-quality presentation and efficient kitchen operations. They will also support the kitchen team, mentor junior staff, and maintain strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Candidates must have previous experience in a kitchen role and hold a relevant qualification such as a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. A strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and the ability to work a rotating roster including weekends is essential.

Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort are looking for a skilled and motivated Demi Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.
This role is essential in supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen, assisting with food preparation, cooking, and presentation, while helping deliver a high-quality dining experience for guests.
Monday - Friday: $31.30 per hour
Saturday: $39.13 per hour
Sunday: $46.95 per hour
