Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Hospitality, or Real Estate. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales administration, or property development is required.

The Sales Gallery Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the buyer journey, from welcoming prospective purchasers at the sales gallery to supporting after-sales services and coordinating unit handovers. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication, timely issue resolution, and a smooth ownership experience.
Work Location: Kiara Reserve Residence, Layan Bay, Phuket
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Gallery Operations & Customer Experience
Welcome and assist all visitors, including prospective buyers, homeowners, and agents, ensuring a professional and hospitable experience.
Maintain the presentation and readiness of the sales gallery, show villas, and show units to the highest standards at all times.
Conduct routine inspections of the sales gallery and coordinate with the relevant operations team to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and overall presentation.
Provide refreshments and ensure guests are comfortable while waiting for appointments or property viewings.
Support the sales team by ensuring the gallery environment reflects the brand's service standards.
2. After-Sales Customer Service
Follow up with homeowners regarding installment payments and coordinate with relevant departments when required.
Record and maintain accurate documentation of customer inquiries, complaints, defects, and maintenance requests.
Coordinate with Property Management, Construction, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Provide regular updates to homeowners on the status of their requests and maintain communication until all matters are satisfactorily resolved.
Build and maintain positive relationships with homeowners by delivering responsive and professional after-sales support.
3. Unit Handover & Ownership Transfer Coordination
Prepare and organize all handover documentation, including warranty certificates, operation manuals, and other relevant documents.
Coordinate and schedule handover appointments with homeowners and relevant internal stakeholders.
Ensure units are fully prepared and inspected prior to customer handover appointments.
Lead handover sessions by conducting unit inspections with homeowners, documenting defects, and coordinating rectification works with the appropriate teams.
Monitor the completion of defect rectification to ensure all outstanding issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to facilitate ownership transfer processes and related documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales administration, real estate, property development, hospitality, or after-sales service.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a service-oriented mindset.
Strong communication and coordination abilities with the capability to work across multiple departments.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good command of spoken and written English is an advantage.
