About the profile

As a Finance and Controlling Administrator, you will support the day-to-day finance operations of our Swiss entities, ensuring accurate, efficient and compliant financial processes. Working closely with the Finance Manager, you will contribute to accounting, reporting and the continuous improvement of finance operations

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoice processing, billing and payment allocation.
• Prepare payment runs, reconcile bank accounts and support cash management activities.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and perform account and subledger reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and validate financial data, reporting packages and finance trackers, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain financial records, master data and documentation in line with internal controls.
• Support process automation and collaborate with colleagues across our Swiss entities.

Requirements - Must have

• Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and general accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and experience with an ERP system (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite or similar).
• Strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive, structured working style.
