The Banker Trainee is responsible for processing customer transactions, opening and servicing accounts, and promoting the bank's core values. The role focuses on developing technical banking skills and advisory capabilities to uncover customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
A high school diploma is required, with an associate's degree preferred, along with 6-12 months of cash handling or customer service experience. Candidates must possess basic math skills, intermediate technology proficiency, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
