The Senior Trial Attorney will lead significant criminal matters from arraignment through trial while providing elite advocacy for clients. They will work alongside a team of investigators and support staff to ensure high-quality legal representation.
Candidates must have 7+ years of hands-on experience practicing criminal defense law in California courts. An active California Bar membership is required to perform the duties of this role.

About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned Trial Attorney who has a significant standing in the San Jose criminal courts—an individual who garners respect in the courtroom, engages effectively with juries, and is fully dedicated to upholding the rights of the accused.
