The Product Manager will own the Utilities solutions, managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to market delivery and ongoing enhancement. This includes shaping product strategy, defining requirements, and driving go-to-market initiatives to maximize customer adoption.
Candidates need over 5 years of experience in Product Manager or Product Owner roles and a bachelor's degree in a technical or business field. Proven expertise in executing GTM strategies and managing enterprise software solutions is essential.

Our solutions are built and delivered in our proprietary Helium technology framework and deployed at scale across Sub-Saharan Africa, primarily in Vodacom and M-Pesa footprint markets.

The Product Manager will take ownership of the Utilities solutions, taking products from concept through to market delivery and ongoing enhancement. This role is responsible for shaping product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and driving successful go-to-market (GTM) initiatives that maximise customer adoption and business value.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, the Product Manager will identify market opportunities, define product requirements, develop business cases for new features, and facilitate product forums to prioritise the roadmap. The role also includes managing product documentation, overseeing the delivery pipeline, monitoring deployments, and ensuring solutions meet customer needs while supporting successful product launches and adoption.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder management and project management skills, and exceptional attention to detail. Proven experience managing and delivering enterprise software solutions is essential, along with the ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive product success.
