The Program Lead coordinates daily operations for youth leadership programs, including supervising staff and interns. They also manage program documentation, scholar recruitment, and community partnerships to ensure a safe and inclusive environment.
Candidates must have completed at least one year of college and possess strong leadership and team management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills are required to effectively support program goals.
