The EHS Lead is responsible for developing and executing health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure the safety of all employees and partners at data center facilities. This includes managing compliance with local and federal regulations, conducting incident investigations, and overseeing operational safety programs.
Candidates need at least 7 years of EHS experience, or a BS degree in safety/health sciences with 3+ years of experience. Proven expertise in program management and incident mitigation is required, with certifications from BCSP and experience in mission-critical environments preferred.
