Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field and 5-10 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking. Proficiency in cash forecasting, liquidity management, and advanced Excel is essential, with a CTP certification preferred.

Position Summary
Meridian Group International is seeking a hands-on treasury professional to support the management and standardization of treasury operations across our global organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Director, Treasury & Cash Management will be responsible for cash visibility, liquidity reporting, banking relationship management, debt monitoring, foreign exchange analysis, treasury process improvement, and treasury reporting across North America, Europe, and APAC.
This role is designed to support Meridian's treasury standardization and automation initiative by establishing consistent treasury processes, reporting, controls, and banking practices across operating companies while preserving local operational flexibility and banking requirements. The position will play a key role in supporting the company's global banking relationship and improving visibility into worldwide cash and liquidity positions. The focus is on execution, reporting, analytics, process improvement, and treasury governance.
