Your tasks?

• As a working student / intern (d/m/f/x) you will gain deep insights into the asset and lifecycle management of IT components.
• You will actively support the inventory of our IT assets and thus make an important contribution to ensuring a precise and up-to-date overview of our entire IT infrastructure.
• In addition, you will assist our colleagues (d/m/f/x) with questions and problems relating to IT hardware and software and ensure a smooth workflow with your user support.
• We value cooperation at eye level, so you can fully contribute to our team and solve your tasks independently in order to achieve the best results together.

• You already have practical experience with at least two different operating systems such as Windows, macOS or Linux.
• Your knowledge of IT hardware architecture will enable you to quickly identify correlations and make informed decisions.
• With your ability to communicate in a way that is appropriate for the target group and your enthusiasm to actively support our team, you are a valuable asset.
• You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working and very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
• We look forward to your regular presence in Ulm to work together as a team on exciting projects and learn from each other.

To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly.
