The Program Director oversees daily operations, profit and loss, and ensures compliance with state and federal requirements. They are responsible for mentoring staff, managing recruitment, and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field and be licensed or license-eligible in Pennsylvania. At least two years of experience is required in mental health, developmental disabilities, and program management.

What is a Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team?
Merakey’s Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT) is a recovery-oriented program supporting individuals with both mental illness and intellectual disabilities. Through a high-touch, community-based model, DDTT delivers integrated mental health treatment, service coordination, and rehabilitation—empowering individuals to thrive in their homes and communities. As part of a close-knit, multidisciplinary team, you’ll gain hands-on experience, 24/7 support, and the opportunity to make a real difference—making DDTT an ideal choice for those seeking meaningful, mission-driven work with room to grow. DDTT strengthens communities by reducing hospitalizations and promoting independence and inclusion and we'd love for you to be part of it.
