Lead the commercial and operational strategy for the Groups and Events area to attract and execute high-end social and corporate events. Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless execution and maximize business results and customer satisfaction.
Requires a degree in Tourism, Business, or Hospitality with at least 3 years of experience in luxury hotels and a strong knowledge of the MICE segment. Must be fluent in Spanish and English (C1) with strong leadership and negotiation skills.
