Provide technical and application support for genomics and biotechnology products, including customer training and product demonstrations. Support the sales team with technical expertise and manage post-sales scientific assistance and workflow implementation.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related life-science field with 0-2 years of experience. Candidates must possess basic knowledge of molecular biology techniques and be willing to travel for customer visits.
