Position Summary
The Account Manager – Rest of Market at Mosai is responsible for driving revenue growth within the existing client base through renewals and by identifying, developing, and closing expansion opportunities. This role focuses on building strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders, deeply understanding client goals, and aligning Mosai’s solutions to evolving business needs. The Account Manager – Rest of Market proactively manages renewals, uncovers upsell and cross-sell opportunities, partners closely with Client Engagement and Product teams to position additional value, and owns the full expansion sales cycle from discovery through close. Success in this role is measured by client retention, expansion ARR, and the ability to position Mosai as a long-term strategic partner.
Job Duties:
- Own and manage a portfolio of Rest of Market accounts, developing strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Drives customer retention and proactively identifies risks, developing clear action plans to address issues before they impact the relationship.
- Manages the contract renewal process for Rest of Market accounts.
- Consults and contracts with current Mosai customers to identify areas of opportunity to grow prospects and sales.
- Drives product sales by developing and securing all relevant sales opportunities to Mosai customers.
- Generates market interest and closes sales by executing activities such as projects, surveys, campaigns, teaching, site visits and promotions.
- Leads both remote and on-site product demonstrations for current and prospective customers.
- Works cross-departmentally with marketing, customer engagement, technology, and product to determine sales opportunities for company.
- Actively solicits product opportunities and refers leads as appropriate.
- Manages the sales process from start to finish including establishing relative contacts, value propositioning, resource engagement, online demos, proposal presentations, and closure of net new business from customers
- Meet or exceed assigned quarterly and annual performance goals
- Own building weekly pipelines and open opportunities while maintaining an accurate forecast within CRM

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- 3+ years of professional experience.
- Experienced user of basic business applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
- A strong relationship builder who can establish credibility and trust with a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrable ability to develop a broad awareness of customers’ needs and processes to enable quick and clear communication of Mosai’s value proposition in the promotion of products.
- Strong organization, time management, presentation, communication, negotiation skills.
- Self-directed work ethic, learning agility, and willingness to be coached.
- Ability to adapt to change and advance within a fast-paced organization.
- Ability to handle moderately complex issues and problems independently and escalates to sales leadership frequently as issues arise.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of customer experience or proven success in a sales organization.
- SaaS and/or healthcare experience.
- Experience using Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
- History of successful and creative sales negotiations.
Work Environment
- This role is preferred to be based in Nashville or Jacksonville, near Mosai's offices. Quarterly travel is required for sales team meetings and trainings.
- Travel required to clients, conferences, and prospects as needed.
