Review and board consumer and commercial loans while processing payments, advances, and wires. Maintain loan files, process construction draws, and provide customer service to maintain client relationships.
Requires a high school diploma and one to two years of commercial loan servicing experience in the banking industry. Candidates must possess strong attention to detail and proficiency in industry-specific software like Silverlake and Synergy.

Working: Must use proper telephone etiquette and exercise diplomacy and professionalism with internal and external clients. Needs to be highly organized and have superior time management skills.
Language: Must possess the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos, and the ability to write simple correspondence. Have the ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations, to clients and fellow employees of organization.
Mathematical: Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure. Being able to compute and apply general mathematical concepts.
Reasoning: Must possess the ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed written and verbal instructions. Have the ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Interpersonal: Possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with and take direction from supervisors as well as interact with direct reports, peers, and co-workers. Demonstrate a high degree of customer service skills to include the use of tact and diplomacy in daily interaction with customers. Exhibit professional telephone etiquette regularly.
Computer: Word, Excel, Microsoft Office, and various industry specific software i.e., Silverlake & Synergy. Must possess the ability to learn new software when required.
Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. One (1) to Two (2) years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience in the banking industry.
