Max A Mia offers a modern take on Italian classics in an upscale-casual environment. Known for its inventive dishes, seasonal ingredients, and exceptional guest service, Max A Mia is a local favorite for both intimate meals and large gatherings. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of teamwork, a focus on cleanliness, and a commitment to delivering seamless service.
Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils, ensuring all are clean and sanitized
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing station and overall kitchen
Restock clean kitchenware and service ware in proper locations
Assist with kitchen cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal
Support the culinary team with basic prep tasks when needed
Uphold all health and safety standards in accordance with company and local guidelines
Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations during service
