Contaremos contigo para:
Brindar atención y servicio personalizado a los clientes, garantizando una experiencia positiva.
Gestionar y dar seguimiento a cuentas de seguros, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procesos establecidos.
Atender solicitudes, consultas y requerimientos relacionados con pólizas y coberturas.
Coordinar con áreas internas para resolver incidencias y optimizar tiempos de respuesta.
Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de atención y servicio.
Proponer iniciativas de innovación y creatividad para fortalecer la relación con los clientes.
Mantener actualizada la información de las cuentas en los sistemas internos.
Cumplir con los indicadores de desempeño y niveles de servicio establecidos.
Lo que necesitas tener:
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en atención y servicio en el sector asegurador.
Licenciatura en Administración, Finanzas, Actuaría, Ingenierías o carreras afines.
Manejo intermedio de paquetería Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Nivel de inglés intermedio.
Conocimiento en procesos de gestión de cuentas y servicio al cliente.
