Como Governance & Controls Manager, serás una pieza fundamental para garantizar un entorno de control interno robusto, impulsando el cumplimiento, la simplificación, la automatización y la consistencia de procesos dentro de una región de Mars Global Services Finance (MGSF) y Cuentas por Cobrar & Cuentas por Pagar(Invoice to Cash & Invoice to Pay).
En esta posición híbrida basada en Querétaro, actuarás como el primer punto de contacto para los equipos globales de operaciones de MGSF en temas de Gobernanza y Controles, además de desempeñarte como el Centro de Experiencia (CoE) global para tu torre de procesos. Colaborarás estrechamente con segmentos de negocio de Mars, contralores de excelencia operativa, equipos de Hub y Spoke, auditores de PwC y el equipo de Contraloría de MGS para asegurar la precisión y confiabilidad de nuestros estados financieros.
