At HOTEL PASEO, Autograph Collection, contemporary sophistication blends seamlessly with the relaxed energy of the desert, creating a destination that is both vibrant and refined. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to join our leadership team and help elevate the personalized service, memorable dining experiences, and exceptional hospitality that have established HOTEL PASEO as one of the Coachella Valley’s premier luxury destinations. In this key leadership role, you will provide strategic direction and operational oversight for all Food & Beverage outlets and culinary operations across the hotel. As a valued member of the Executive Committee, you will lead initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction, drive innovation, maximize revenue opportunities, and improve operational efficiency.
Part of the Milwaukee-based Marcus Hotels & Resorts portfolio, HOTEL PASEO offers guests a distinctive desert retreat featuring 150 thoughtfully designed guest rooms and suites, many showcasing breathtaking views of the San Jacinto Mountains and palm-lined landscape. Guests can unwind by our resort-style pool and on-site spa, explore the area on complimentary bicycles, and enjoy inspired dining at Larkspur Grill, Lemon Drop Pool Bar or Café Paseo.
