The MOCC Engineer is responsible for monitoring and coordinating scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for the A320neo fleet. They act as the lead in AOG situations and maintain continuous liaison with flight crews and maintenance providers to ensure operational readiness.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably as certifying staff. Proficiency in English and experience with aviation maintenance software are required, along with the ability to work a flexible 24/7 rotating schedule.

This is a dynamic, hands-on position within our Maintenance Control team - ideal for someone with strong technical know-how, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring safe and smooth flight operations.
