We're looking for a commercially driven Sales Executive to help accelerate our growth in Ireland. This is a full-cycle sales role, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.

You'll identify new opportunities, engage decision-makers, understand customer challenges, present tailored solutions, and guide prospects through the entire sales process — from first conversation to signed agreement.

💼 What you’ll do:

  • Identify and engage potential customers across target industries in Ireland
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing
  • Present Mapon's fleet management, asset tracking, and telematics solutions to decision-makers
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while consistently achieving sales targets
  • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Collaborate with Sales, Growth and Product teams, and share market feedback to improve our sales approach

✅ What we’re looking for:

  • Native English and excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of closing deals
  • Confidence in both outbound prospecting and commercial conversations
  • Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Curious and coachable — you’re eager to learn, take feedback well, and want to grow in sales
  • Resilient — you’re not afraid of rejection and know how to bounce back with energy
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools (CRM, sales engagement platforms, etc.)

  • Final interview - ideally on site to meet the team (up to 60min)
