The Senior Manager will oversee the asset management of logistics properties in Japan, including budget preparation, financial reporting, and operational oversight. They will also lead leasing activities, manage relationships with local stakeholders, and support acquisition and enhancement initiatives.
Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in real estate asset management or investment within the Japanese market. A university degree and proficiency in Business English are required, along with a strong understanding of SPC investment structures and local real estate regulations.
