The Loan Operations Specialist manages the full lifecycle of commercial and consumer loans, including documentation, closing coordination, and boarding. They are responsible for ensuring accuracy in funding, servicing, and post-closing administration while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Candidates should have a minimum of five years of loan operations experience and proficiency with LaserPro and FIS Horizon. A college degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent work experience, is required.
The Loan Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of commercial and consumer loans, including documentation preparation, review, closing coordination, loan boarding, funding, servicing, and post-closing administration. This position works closely with lenders, lending assistants, attorneys, title companies, insurance providers, and other third parties to ensure accurate and timely loan processing.
The ideal candidate will possess experience with Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Commercial & Industrial (C&I), residential mortgage, construction, and specialty lending products. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, regulatory knowledge, organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional internal and external customer service. Experience with LaserPro and FIS Horizon is strongly preferred
