Lead healthcare projects from kickoff to closeout, managing scopes, schedules, budgets, and internal teams. Serve as the primary contact for clients and contractors while overseeing construction administration and document accuracy.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and 7-10+ years of professional experience, specifically within healthcare project management. Proficiency in Revit and knowledge of FGI Guidelines, ADA standards, and building codes are essential.

A licensed (or on-the-path) architect or designer with 10+ years of experience, including project management experience within the healthcare sector. You’re a confident communicator, a strategic thinker, and a problem solver who understands the unique demands of healthcare design, including regulatory requirements, complex building systems, and multidisciplinary coordination. Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office is essential. Experience with healthcare environments, including outpatient facilities, medical office buildings, imaging suites, surgical environments, or inpatient care spaces, is highly valued.
