The Production Supervisor is responsible for meeting production requirements, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring the safety of personnel at the McConnelsville plant. This role involves scheduling operations, managing resources, implementing lean initiatives, and overseeing employee training and development.
Candidates must have 3 or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment and possess strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Windows Office is required, while knowledge of SAP, IATF16949, and ISO14001 standards is considered a plus.
