Wat je als Hospitality Medewerker bij ons kunt verwachten.

Als Hospitality Medewerker ben jij het stralende gezicht van ons prachtige hoofdkantoor in Hoofddorp. Vanuit de receptiebalie ontvang en ondersteun je bezoekers en collega's met een warme glimlach. Je creëert meteen een gastvrije sfeer waarin iedereen zich direct thuis voelt. Je helpt gasten met het binnenrijden en parkeren, registreert wie er in het pand aanwezig zijn en informeert collega's wanneer hun bezoek is aangekomen.
Daarnaast neem je telefoontjes aan en zorg je ervoor dat de werkomgeving altijd opgeruimd en uitnodigend is. Of het nu gaat om het verzorgen van een heerlijke kop koffie of het netjes houden van de kantooromgeving, jouw inzet is overal zichtbaar. Ook bij de lunch speel je een belangrijke rol door korte lijnen te houden met de catering en leveranciers.

Als spin in het web houd je een scherp oog op de beschikbaarheid van vergaderruimten en ondersteun je collega's bij eventuele conflicten. Ook draag je bij aan het onderhoud van het gebouwenbeheer en anticipeer je op de benodigde voorraad van kantoorartikelen. Je rapporteert direct aan de Facility Coördinator.

Bij Macaw organiseren we regelmatig evenementen, bijeenkomsten en kennisavonden. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles vlekkeloos verloopt met een duidelijk draaiplan. Je regelt de contracten met leveranciers en onderhoudt contact met cateraars. Bovendien help je mee met het opzetten en afbouwen van evenementen, waardoor je een onmisbare schakel bent in ons team.

Wie ben jij?
Je bent een enthousiaste collega die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en geniet van contact met anderen. Met een creatieve blik kijk je hoe we onze hospitality nog beter kunnen maken. Je bent georganiseerd en houdt van een duidelijke planning.
Verder heb je:

• Beschikbaarheid op dinsdag, woensdag en donderdag tussen 8:30 en 17:00, voor 24 uur per week;
• Uitstekende beheersing van Engels en Nederlands in woord en geschrift;
• Het vermogen om elke gast of collega zich welkom te laten voelen;
• Een proactieve werkhouding en leergierigheid.
