The Associate Director is responsible for overseeing program operations and ensuring the safety and protection of children across three locations. This includes maintaining licensing standards, coordinating educational activities, and managing staff and parent communications.
A Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field is required, along with the ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and Mandatory Reporting certifications. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and pass comprehensive background checks.

LSS provides childcare at three separate locations, Southern Hills, Hilltop and Here4Youth (serves youth with special needs).
HOURS: Full-Time, 40hours, Monday- Friday; 10:00am-6:00pm.
SALARY: $25 per hour / $50,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Associate Director has overall responsibility for carrying out the program and ensuring the safety and protection of children by completing all program requirements, meeting licensing standards, and maintaining accurate reports. The Associate Director supports the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual development of children and works closely with the Program Director to ensure high‑quality program operations.
